Holiday Workshops

Play. Connect. Grow!

Make the most of the school holidays with creativity, movement, and plenty of fun. Our Occupational Therapist–led workshops give children the chance to play, build new skills, and make friends in a supportive small-group environment.

Each two-hour session is packed with engaging activities designed to build confidence, teamwork, and connection.

Pick your favourites or try them all – we can’t wait to spend the holidays with you!

Move, play, and build confidence through sport!

This energetic workshop introduces children to a range of sports including athletics, soccer, netball and other team challenges. Through playful drills and games, children develop coordination, body awareness, teamwork, and emotional regulation in a supportive environment.

Our therapists guide activities that encourage cooperation, persistence, and celebrating effort — helping children build both physical confidence and social connection.

Perfect for children who love movement, friendly competition, and learning new sports skills.

Tuesday 14th April

and

Tuesday 21st April

Sessions will run either 9:00–11:00am or 1:30–3:30pm. Final times will be confirmed once groups are organised based on age and group fit. Children are welcome to join more than one session, and you can note your preferred time in the registration form.

Adventure, teamwork, and imagination await!

Children step into a fantasy world where they work together to solve problems, navigate challenges, and complete quests using the classic tabletop game Dungeons & Dragons. Guided by our therapists, participants practice collaboration, communication, flexible thinking, and creative problem-solving while bringing their characters and stories to life.

Through shared storytelling and cooperative gameplay, children build social confidence, learn to take turns, listen to others’ ideas, and celebrate team success.

Perfect for children who enjoy imagination, storytelling, strategy, and teamwork.

Building bricks into building confidence.

Our LEGO® Workshop turns creative building into opportunities for connection and growth. Children work together on playful challenges that strengthen teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and flexible thinking.

With guidance from our therapists, including our LEGO®-Certified OT,  participants take on fun collaborative roles such as Builder, Engineer, and

Supplier, learning how to listen, share ideas, and work toward a common goal.

It’s creative, social, and wonderfully engaging for children who love to build, imagine, and connect.

What's the difference between term groups and holiday workshops?

Great question! Our Term Based Groups run over 10 consecutive weekly sessions, with each session building on the last. They’re designed to support steady progress, routine, and deeper skill development across the term.

Holiday Workshops, on the other hand, are one-off 2 hour sessions. They’re a fun way for children to try out a group, explore their interests, and build new skills in a single, playful workshop.
