Our Motivate Mini’s program is designed to support parents and carers during their baby’s earliest and most important stage of development – the first 1000 days.
It offers reassurance, understanding, and trusted guidance, without overwhelm.
It’s not about doing ‘more’. It’s about bringing clarity, feeling confident, and enjoying your baby, creating the moments that matter most.
Motivate Minis is an 8-week program where parents and babies come together to learn through purposeful play, connection, and trusted guidance, all while having fun with your little one.
Each session is led by experienced paediatric Occupational Therapists who help you understand the why behind your baby’s stages of development, so everyday moments at home feel meaningful and doable.

Your baby’s brain is growing faster in the first three years than at any other time in life. Did you know, around 80–90% of brain growth occurs before age three! Motivate Minis helps parents understand how everyday experiences, movement, play and relationships, can build the foundations for learning, regulation, and emotional wellbeing to support healthy development.
