Supporting Schools, Preschools & Early Education Settings

At Motivate Kids, we believe that every child deserves to learn in an environment that understands their unique needs. Our training and consultation services are designed to support teachers, educators, learning support officers, and leadership teams with practical tools that build knowledge, support inclusion, and promote learning readiness.

Whether you’re part of a school, preschool, or early education setting, we offer professional development that translates evidence-based knowledge into everyday strategies, helping you create learning spaces where children can feel calm, connected, and ready to learn.

The Motivate Education Model

Our Motivate Education Model is a three-part framework developed to help education teams embed regulation-informed practice into their everyday approach, through the physical environment, professional learning, and individual student support.

Rather than a one-off workshop, this model offers a more integrated way to support student participation, emotional wellbeing, and classroom inclusion.

Environment & Regulation Room Design

We offer tailored consultation to support classroom setup and the creation of dedicated regulation spaces. Using our Sensory Integration Frame and a neurodevelopmental lens, we help you design spaces that support co-regulation, encourage independence, and help students return to learning when they need a break.

Professional Learning for Education Teams

We deliver professional learning sessions for teachers, educators, learning support officers, and leadership teams, covering key topics such as brain development, sensory processing, attachment, and regulation. Sessions are interactive, evidence-informed, and focused on practical strategies you can use straight away.

Family Engagement & Individual Student Support

We work with schools and families to develop individualised regulation plans for students who need additional support. These plans are co-designed with input from educators, families, and our therapists to ensure consistency across home and school environments. We also offer parent information evenings to extend the program’s reach and impact.

One-Off Training & Workshops

Alongside our full Motivate Education Model, we offer a range of stand-alone training sessions for early childhood services, preschools, and schools. Topics include sensory processing, regulation, Circle of Security, and more.
