And when it comes to therapy resources—you’re covered. Every Motivate Kids studio is fully stocked with swings, games, books, assessments, and everything in between, so you’ll never need to supply your own.

Our studios have been thoughtfully designed using psychology-informed design principles to support the wellbeing of both clients and clinicians.

From calming colours and natural materials to purposeful lighting and carefully curated artwork, every element has been chosen to create an environment that feels safe, inspiring, and functional. Some spaces are designed to soothe the nervous system, while others promote focus, play, or creativity, so you can do your best work in a space that works for you.

At Motivate Kids, no two days are the same—and that’s just how we like it. Our therapists support children from birth through to early adulthood, using evidence-based, neurodiversity-affirming approaches tailored to each child’s strengths and goals.

You’ll work across a variety of diagnoses and developmental areas, with opportunities to complete off-site visits that help build a truly holistic understanding of each child’s world.

We also offer dedicated project streams – designed around team interests and client needs, so you can deepen your skills, follow your passions, and contribute to innovative programs that make a real impact.

Whether you’re just starting out or ready to take the next step, we’re here to support your journey.  Our Internship Program helps final-year students gain confidence in paediatrics, with a smooth transition into our tailored Graduate Program once AHPRA registration is complete. From day one, you’ll receive personalised supervision, structured learning opportunities, and mentoring that reflects your goals and learning style.

Together, we set and review career goals annually—ensuring your growth stays front and centre. As your skills deepen, you’ll have the chance to explore leadership through specialised pathways like Functional Capacity Assessments, school and early learning partnerships, group programs, and more.

Our Clinical Framework is designed to guide and support each therapist’s growth. Whether you’re developing foundational skills or refining advanced clinical reasoning.

It forms part of our broader learning and development approach, working hand-in-hand with our Clinical Supervision Framework and succession planning to ensure every therapist feels supported, challenged, and confident at every stage of their journey.
