Feedback and complaints are handled confidentially where possible, and clients are protected from unfair treatment for speaking up.

This policy explains our person and family-centred approach to therapy, including how children, families and support networks can be involved in decisions, goal setting and planning. It also covers choice and control, inclusion, service agreements and transitions between services.
