How to Provide Feedback or Make a Complaint

You can provide a compliment, suggestion, concern or complaint at any time. You can also have a family member, advocate or other support person assist you.
Making a Complaint to the NDIS Commission
If your feedback or complaint relates to NDIS supports or services, you can also contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. You do not need to raise your complaint with Motivate Kids first.
The NDIS Commission is an independent Australian Government agency responsible for improving the quality and safety of NDIS supports and services.
