WHAT YOU CAN REFER FOR
Support for a wide range of developmental needs.
Children and young people can be referred with or without a diagnosis, wherever there are concerns about participation in everyday life.
Helping you connect children and families with the right support.
We work alongside GPs, paediatricians, allied health professionals, educators, caseworkers and other professionals supporting children and young people.
Whether you’re referring for ongoing occupational therapy, a specific assessment or simply aren’t sure what support is needed, our team can help work out the right next step.

How to Refer
You don’t need to know exactly which service is right before getting in touch. Share what you’re seeing, any relevant background and what you’d like support with, and we’ll take it from there.
1
Complete our online referral form and include any relevant background information, concerns or supporting documentation.
2
Our team contacts the parent or carer to understand their needs, talk through the most appropriate next step and arrange intake or assessment where appropriate.
For DCP referrals, we’ll contact the referring caseworker directly rather than contacting the family.
