Knowing a strategy and being able to use it confidently in a busy classroom are two different things.
In-Class Coaching brings learning into everyday practice, with an Occupational Therapist working alongside educators and students during real classroom routines, learning experiences and interactions.
Together, we model strategies, problem-solve in the moment and adapt approaches to fit your students, your classroom and the realities of the school day.
Coaching shaped around your classroom.
Coaching can focus on areas such as student regulation, transitions, classroom engagement, sensory supports, participation or environmental adaptations.
We start by understanding what you’ve already tried, what’s working well and where your team would value additional support. From there, your OT works alongside educators to build practical strategies that feel realistic and sustainable within everyday school life.
The goal isn’t to add more to an educator’s day. It’s to build confidence in responding to the moments already happening within it.
From professional learning to everyday practice.
In-Class Coaching can also build on a Professional Development Training, helping educators take shared learning and apply it within their own classrooms.
Training builds knowledge and understanding. Coaching helps your team put it into practice.
